  Terrible company. Ordered a replacement door for a 2012 vehicle after they ASSURED me they had several in stock from that year. I asked them to send me the one in best condition. The door sent was 4 years older than 2012, badly damaged and was from an older pre-face lift model that was completely different. I was asked to re-wrap it and await collection by their carrier for replacement or refund. No communication from them and no carrier. I had to go through my credit card company's dispute system to get refund.. Despite several emails asking for it to be collected, non of which were responded to, I had to pay to dispose of it myself ( after 3 months of waiting). They obviously lie about the parts they have and send you any old rubbish in the hope you'll keep it! Do not use them.

  If I could leave a MINUS 5 rating I would. The most unhelpful and disobliging place I've ever been. Needed a small wiring loom, they actually said they cut through them all and didn't sell them. Asked if it was possible to keep the next one that came in. Not a chance................What is the point of a dismantler advertising spares when they cannot be bothered to help.
